Shipping policy

AUcontrols ships all orders within a maximum of three business days of purchase. You’ll receive an automated email containing the tracking number as soon as your items have been dispatched.

Shipping Insurance Recommendation:

To protect your investment we strongly recommend adding loss insurance to your shipping label for any equipment valued at $200.00 USD or more.

AUcontrols is not liable for equipment that is lost or damaged by the shipping carrier once it has left our facility.
