Auxiliary Boards are engineered to enhance the performance of DC Drives in applications where operational stability is critical, improving operational efficiency in applications with electrical or Mechanical constraints.

 

 

SIGNAL INSULATION BOARDS.

 

The AIB-U signal Insulation board is designed to electrically isolate and safely transmit control signals from a PLC, CNC, or any other electronic signal source to DC or AC motor speed controllers protecting your system from electrical non-insulated circuits, noise or interference.

 

ANTI-PLUG (ZERO MOVEMENT) BOARDS.

 

The AAPB board is designed to ensure zero movement of the motor when stopped before changing direction of rotation. Therefore, motor direction control must be implemented using separate switches.

Zero motor movement is essential in applications where:

 

  • The machine is not constantly supervised by an operator, or
  • The  machine is automated and controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
