Build your own 10 HP, 230V, 3-Phase Rotary Phase Converter using standard 230V single-phase power. This kit is ideal for running:
- A 7.5 HP, 3-Phase motor at full power, or
- A 10 HP motor at 85% capacity
What's Required
All you need is a 10 HP, 230V, 3-Phase motor (1750 or 3500 RPM, new or used) to act as your idler/generator motor—this generates the third leg of power required for true 3-phase output.
